Our Returns and Refund Policy

First of all, thank you so much for purchasing from our business! We value you as a customer.

While we strive to give you a positive experience, there will be times where it won't be as positive, and the product you purchased may need to be returned or refunded. If you do have an issue with our products, please contact us first so that we can help resolve your issue. If an issue isn't eligible for a free replacement, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

1. Defective or damaged products

Send us an email within 15 days of receipt. In your email, share what's wrong with the product in detail, along with at least 3 clear images of the damage (e.g. front, left side, right side) or a Loom video of the issue. We'll submit the claim to our providers for review.

We'll update you as the claim moves through the Pending → In progress → Resolved process. We may ask more information from you as needed.

2. Buyer's remorse (wrong size/color or changed mind)

Unfortunately, due to the made-to-order nature of our business, we cannot do returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or colors, if there are minor deviations (less than 1 inch from the size guide), or if you changed your mind after the purchase. We can, however, offer store credit upon discretion.

3. Undelivered or returned address

Free replacement/reship applies when the item arrives damaged/defective, there’s a manufacturing error, the wrong product was received (reported within 30 days of delivery with photo/video proof), or when a package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered within 30 days domestic US/regional EU or 45 days international, and reported within 1 week after that window ends).

4. Late or missing refunds

If you do receive a refund, and you haven't received it yet, first check with your bank account, then your credidt card company, as it can or may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Sale Items

Sale items can be refunded going through the same

Gifts

For gifts, it works the same as any other order. The key is whether the issue is a defect/shipping problem vs buyer’s remorse.

• Damaged/defective or wrong item: Follow the instructions from the defective or damaged product section. If approved, we issue you a reprint or refund.
• Wrong size/color or changed mind: Because these are made-to-order items, returns/exchanges aren’t supported.
• Undelivered or returned address. See the undelivered or returned address section to see qualifications and restrictions. If a product was returned to sender to due to a bad gift address, it may qualify for a partial refund or a free reprint on a case-by-case basis. 

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded going through the same points as the Refund section. For example, if an item was purchased on sale and the buyer received the purchased goods damaged or were defective, they can qualify for a refund by going through the process outlined in that section.
