What does made-to-order mean?
Every item is created after you place your order.
Instead of producing large amounts of inventory that may never be sold, we make products specifically for the people who order them.
This helps reduce waste and allows us to focus on creating new designs rather than maintaining large warehouses.
Why does my order take longer than products from large retailers?
Because your item is being produced specifically for you.
Once your order is placed, it enters production before shipping. This process takes a little longer than pulling an item from a warehouse shelf, but it allows us to offer unique designs without overproducing inventory.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, shipping availability is only available inside the United States.
Sizing & fit
How do your shirts fit?
Each product includes a size guide to help you choose the best fit.
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What if I'm between sizes?
When in doubt, size up.
A slightly roomier shirt is often more comfortable than one that feels too tight.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Include details about the issue along with clear photos or a video showing the problem.
We'll review the issue and work with our production partners to determine the best resolution. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Because every item is made specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or orders placed by mistake. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
For this reason, we strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before placing your order.
What if I changed my mind after ordering?
Since products are made to order, returns based on buyer's remorse are generally not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
What if I received the wrong product?
If the item received does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product.
We'll investigate the issue and work toward a replacement or refund when appropriate.
What if my package is lost?
If a package is confirmed lost in transit and meets the qualifications outlined in our refund policy, it may be eligible for a replacement shipment or refund.
How long do refunds take?
If a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Some institutions require additional time before funds appear in your account.

What kind of apparel do you use?
We carefully select products that balance comfort, durability, and print quality.

Are your shirts soft?
Absolutely.
We prioritize garments that are comfortable enough for everyday wear while still providing a great surface for vibrant artwork and printing.
Will the print crack, peel, or fade?
Our products are printed using professional production methods designed for long-lasting wear.
Like any printed garment, proper care helps maximize longevity. We recommend washing inside out in cold water and avoiding high heat when drying.
Are your shirts pre-shrunk?
Most of our garments are pre-shrunk or designed to minimize shrinkage. However, some natural shrinkage can still occur depending on washing and drying methods.
How should I wash my apparel?
For best results:
Wash inside out
Use cold water
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Avoid ironing directly on printed areas
Avoid bleach
